Ellie works as a product manager in a Korean IT company, focusing on apps and websites. Her days are filled with diverse communications, especially with designers. Wanting to connect better with her design colleagues, she decided to learn Adobe Illustrator. Little did she know, this decision would open up a whole new world for her.
She began by creating her own character, ‘cabbit’, which soon evolved into designing PC wallpapers. What started as a work-related skill quickly became a passion, marking the beginning of Ellie’s artistic journey alongside her IT career.

Irworobongdo NFT: Tradition Meets Technology
As Ellie’s love for art grew, she consistently pursued her creative activities. In the summer of 2022, she took a significant step by launching an “Irworobongdo” NFT, making her debut as a multimedia artist.
Irworobongdo is a traditional Korean royal court painting, depicting the sun, moon, and five mountain peaks. It’s not just a landscape, but a symbolic representation of royal authority and national prosperity. By reimagining this classical art form as an NFT, Ellie beautifully blended her IT background with her new artistic passion.

Blending IT and Art: Ellie’s Unique Artistic World

Additionally, Ellie has been creating an annual calendar since 2015, now in its 11th iteration. This long-running project demonstrates her consistency and passion, qualities she applies to both her IT work and her artistic pursuits.
